1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Gainer Groceries website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Gainer Groceries provides online grocery shopping and delivery services within Harare, Zimbabwe. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

2.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable after order placement, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund.

2.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in appearance may occur due to supplier changes or photography.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Orders can be placed through our website or via WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within Harare CBD and a 15km radius. Delivery outside this area may be arranged on special request.

3.2 Delivery Times

• Orders placed by 7PM will be delivered the next day
• Delivery times: Morning (8AM-12PM), Afternoon (12PM-5PM), Evening (5PM-8PM)
• We strive to meet all delivery time preferences but cannot guarantee exact times

3.3 Delivery Fees

• $4 USD per delivery within Harare CBD and 15km radius
• Free delivery for orders $80 and above
• Minimum order value: $20

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (USD or ZWL)
• EcoCash (staff number: +263 77 489 9928)
• Bank Transfer

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gainer Groceries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
